I want you to provide water to drink, food to eat, and whatever else they
may require such as you are able to provide from the inn’s kitchen and stores.
Make them as comfortable as you can.’ Then he turned to the man and woman and
said: ‘I’m truly sorry, I wish I could have done better.’ The man then said:
‘That’s quite all right, you’ve been most kind and we do understand your
situation. We appreciate all that you are doing, the kindness you have shown,
and the shelter you are providing. ’My master then turned and walked slowly
back to the inn.
